- Transformation of an unused basement area by subdividing into sections to create 2 new bedrooms, a stunning cinema room, a games room, a gymnasium and a new bathroom with sauna
- Installation of 2 large, complex window designs. The design enhances the light and highlights the magnificent views, and creates a focal point for the main house
- Old sliding patio doors converted into bi-folding doors to enhance the room space and light to the terrace
- We enlarged this villa’s lounge bay window by knocking down the wall and replacing it with state-of-the-art bi-folding glass doors to maximise light and space. You can now appreciate the breathtaking views, which were previously blocked by the old window design – just how our clients wanted, to be able to sit and enjoy the wonderful views.
